Paul Heywood MBA, B Sc., ACIM, DipM
After graduating with a degree in Computer studies, Paul worked in the IT industry for over 25 years. He obtained an MBA from Henley Management College and subsequently held senior positions in many blue-chip organisations. Diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease in 2009 he continued to work as a FTSE-100 IT Director in the City until 2015 when his condition deteriorated.
Paul extensively researched the underlying causes of his condition, and healthy living in general, and put much of what he learned into practice. By combining conventional western medicine, a personal trainer, a dietician and complementary therapists, he improved his overall health and wellbeing considerably. He is now passionate about highlighting the benefits of pro-active healthy living to help others attain excellent health and to perform at their highest level in today’s stressful world.
Emma Ryan B. Sc. (Hons)
Well-being and Resilience Coach
After a career in Corporate HR in The City, Emma has been running her coaching practice since 2013 working with both private clients and those in business, who are motivated to take positive action and create change for themselves. She provides an environment where clients feel supported whilst empowered, motivated and challenged so they can become their very best. Emma’s approach to coaching is empathetic, enthusiastic and focussed on positive and practical solutions. She is supportive and honest whilst challenging her clients to search deeper and take risks for both personal and professional growth.

Marion O'Connor B Sc., M Sc., SRD
Marion is currently working in the UK and Ireland as a Consultant Freelance Dietitian. She has an honours degree in Physiology and an MSc in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. Marion is a full member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), British Dietetic Association (BDA), British Association for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (BAPEN) and the European Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (ESPEN). She has over 16 years clinical experience working within the NHS where she specialised primarily in gastrointestinal disorders.
Marion also runs a successful private practice in Oxford, Reading and Northern Ireland where she provides nutrition advice for a variety of clinical conditions. She lectures on various aspects of nutrition at local, National and International level. She has a keen interest in the role of technology in patient care and is currently involved in the development of a patient centred device and mobile app, the Ostom-i Alert, which will help improve patient care and quality of life for the patient. Marion was invited to speak at Doctors 2.0 Conference in Paris and recently gave the opening keynote speech at the annual Medicine X Conference in Stanford University, USA.
Darren Goswell B Sc. (Hons), M Sc.
Darren has worked in Health and Fitness for nearly 10 years as a Personal Trainer, with 9 years in Spa and Hotel environments including 2 years as a Fitness and Recreation Manager. During this time he has trained many different types of people from beginners to professional sportsmen. Whilst working he studied for a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and then an MSc in Sport and Exercise Physiology. The combination of these two has allowed Darren to develop new training methods and with the practical experience gained through his numerous clients he has developed his own approach to training people. After many years of personal training, Darren has now added triathlon coaching to the areas he specialises in and is a certified IRONMAN coach.
Darren takes a scientific approach to personal training, working collaboratively with his clients to create a realistic, beneficial and measured training plan which suits the lifestyle of each individual. He takes a highly tailored approach to exercise prescription, ensuring that each programme is safe and sustainable allowing his clients to achieve their targets on a regular basis.
Camilla is a holistic practitioner who owns and runs her own award-winning practice, Barefoot Therapies, in Berkshire. She commenced her career in the publishing industry and first became involved in the health and fitness industry when working on the magazine Cycling Weekly. In order to follow her passion of treating people she subsequently trained as a holistic practitioner in 2005 with a specialism in Reflexology, and went on to complete her teaching degree in 2008 which enabled her to teach mature students at Thames Valley University. Camilla continued to practice and lecture until 2011 when she decided to focus all of her energy on her real passion of treating and making people better.
Camilla has particular interest and expertise in treating fertility issues with natural remedies, which is now fully endorsed by the medical profession. She sits on the Board of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists and is a member of the Association of Reflexologists and the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
Geeta Negroni BA (Hons)
Pranic healing is the fastest growing complementary therapy in the world and can help with all areas of life including physical, emotional or mental problems. Pranic healing can relieve stress from the body through working with the natural energy channels in the body. From allergies to food intolerances and from bad backs to depression, pranic healing can help the whole body.
Geeta first discovered pranic healing in 2004 at a time in her life when she was juggling a corporate career and she was also a carer for a family member. Having witnessed the rapid results and long lasting effectiveness of pranic healing, Geeta decided to train in this powerful and effective healing system. Geeta embarked on her journey in 2008 with her teacher Les Flitcroft. In 2013, Geeta made the move from her corporate career and became a full time Pranic Healing Practitioner.
What started as a personal interest has grown into a passion and vocation and Geeta launched Prana Connections at the beginning of 2015. She now welcomes clients to her treatment room, based in Wokingham, Berkshire.
Katia Major BA (Hons)
Katia is an Ashtanga and Yin Yoga teacher and has been developing her own practice under the guidance of Sophie Cleere, Berkshire’s only Authorised Ashtanga teacher, over the past 5 years. She trained with Melanie Cooper and Norman Blair in London and is passionate about making yoga fun and accessible to everyone.
Katia has had a keen interest in exercise since the age of 16 when she started running around the roads of Reading. This hobby grew as she took on a host of half marathons, off road races and even marathons. Whilst dynamic sports remain a passion, Katia has also found a true love for the inward aspects of yoga and making time for self-reflection and growth.
Katia teaches ashtanga and yin yoga to corporate clients as well as at Sportspark, at the University of Reading, and for Yoga Reading.
